    High Speed Continuous Motion Side Sealer

     

    The Advantage Machinery Servo Series is a line of continuous motion side sealers manufactured using the most modern technology available. The machine is controlled with 7 servo motors to ensure accuracy and speed. The 6ft infeed is servo motor driven. The belt can be run flat with side guides or curved.  Running them curved helps keep unstable products centered on the conveyor.  The infeed conveyor leads into the spacing conveyor then the vertical inverting head conveyor, where the product is placed on the film and the product is spaced.  The product then goes to the top seal conveyor where the top of the product is sealed.  The product then goes to the cross seal conveyor where the product gets fully enclosed. The machine functions that are controlled by servo motor are: Infeed conveyor, Spacing Conveyor, Film Inverter Conveyor, Top Seal Conveyor, Cross Seal / Takeaway Conveyor, Box Motion and Cross Sealing Action. 

     

    Some of the machine features are:

    • Left to right machine operation
    • Includes a 6ft washdown infeed conveyor with a debris catch bin between the infeed conveyor and inverting head
    • Automatic product spacing
    • Easy interfacing for fully automatic operation 
    • Touch screen control with preset memory for different jobs
    • Machine includes heavy duty castors for easy movement
    • White food grade belts
    • 6 micro perforation wheels with interchangeable pins and back up brushctin
    • High detection product sensor to be able to detect the edge of uneven products
    • Scrap takeaway wheel
    • Solid teflon coated sealing knife or 3S sealing knife
    • Horizontal and vertical sensor selection for different product detection
    • Automatic change over available
    • Can come with optional features such as:
      • Stainless steel construction
