The Turbine Heat Series tunnels are designed with energy conservation in mind because are built with high-quality fiberglass insulation.  The machine uses a unique turbine heat circulation system to not only conserve energy but also create a nice and even shrink.  The machine can be adapted to existing sealing systems or used in line with our wide range of equipment.
 
The tunnels are equipped with:
• Precise temperature control.
• Adjustable blower velocity.
• Variable speed control.
• Conveyor rollers are covered with a teflon mesh for product protection.
• Independent adjustable lateral airflow.
• Independent bottom airflow.
• Can come with optional features such as:
  • Pressing rollers for thin products
  • Viewing window
  • Maintenance hinge to tilt the top open
  • Stainless steel mesh
  • Stainless steel construction
  • Stainless steel upgrade including wash down
