Fully Automatic Bundling Machine with End Seals
The Advantage Machinery B-2500-DSM is a fully automatic bundling machine made specifically for the full enclosure wrapping of large rolls. The machine takes the product from the side and once it reaches the appropriate position the infeed belt stops and a pneumatic pusher moves the product through the film and into the sealing area. The top and bottom film are sealed using a 3S sealing knife. The cross seal is motorized for strong consistent seals. The intermittent conveyor then transports the roll into the side seal area where 2 sealing bars seal and cut the ends of the package in order to make a full enclosure. These sealing jaws are also motorized and consist of 3S Bars. The scrap will automatically be taken away. The final product is exits on a 90 degree rotary conveyor that will rotate the roll so it goes into the heat tunnel narrow side leading.
